For the 2009 Festival over half the stall sites were booked three months ahead.
Last March 6,000 adults thoroughly
enjoyed the entertainment and
Festival atmosphere and one reporter said
the crowd was "buzzing'"
around the wonderful displays
by stallholders.
Some 4,000 cars were efficiently parkedby the
