2010 Information:

Our Garden & Outdoor Festival is a fantastic way to promote your products and services to visitors from the local community and beyond.  Some exhibitors have reported continuing to receive enquiries 9 months or more afterwards! Our Festival attracted over 6,000 visitors in 2009 (plus their accompanying children), so it provides excellent exposure for all things related to gardens, outdoor living, outdoor lifestyles and more.  See: Letters of appreciation

Set Up / Pull down. Rotary volunteers will mark out stallholder spaces early Friday morning. Exhibitors have access to set up all day on the Friday, and Saturday morning 6.00 am to 9.00 am. Pull down after 4.30 pm Sunday or all day Monday.

Location of your stall? The Site Plan shows site numbers only. A printed Festival Guide with a site plan and full Exhibitor List with site number allocations will be issued to visitors as they enter. A PDF copy will be available to view on the website a few days before at: Visitor Information.

Demonstration Sessions by Exhibitors.
The Ku-ring-gai Garden Festival is keen to include demonstration sessions conducted by Exhibitors, as part of the Festival program. Demonstrations booked with the Festival organisers in advance may be promoted in advance publicity and during the Festival itself. To book a demonstration time, please see separate Demonstration Booking Form.

Trading Hours: 9.00 am to 4.30 pm Saturday & Sunday.

Parking: Free parking in the grounds. SES will be available to direct on Saturday & Sunday.

Entry to Festival Area: Please enter via the 'Entrance' marked on the plan. Entry tickets are not required for stallholder staff who identify themselves. Rotary volunteers will be available to direct you.

Security. Security guards will be on duty overnight from 6.00pm on Friday and Saturday nights only. Items to be collected Monday may be left inside the Douglas Pickering Pavillion which will be locked overnight Sunday.
